Set in 25 acres of land by the Tuki Tuki River near Haumoana. Surrounded by orchards, vines and cycle tracks. Peaceful and tranquil setting.
En-suite Bathrooms. One is suitable for disabled access. Bathrooms have heated towel rails.
Each cottage has its own deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Each bedroom has a kingsize bed which can be split as 2 singles (by prior arrangement). TV in each bedroom.
Tastefully decorated throughout with quality fittings and floor coverings.
Living area has a heatpump, leather suites, dining table and leather chairs. A 43 inch Smart TV, Sony Bluetooth music player, Bluray player, and Free WiFi.
Kitchens are fully fitted with hob, combination oven/grill/microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and other useful kitchen appliances are also provided.

Recycling
• Communal recycle bins are provided for Plastic/Paper, Glass, Cans.
Energy
• Please switch off air conditioning units/TV's/Lights, etc when not in the cottage.
Housekeeping
• Towels will be changed daily for stays over 3 days bed linen will be changed every third day.
• There is a washing machine and drying racks available for use by guests on request.
Water
• The water comes from our own bore and is safe to drink. A water filter is provided and can be used if preferred.
• Cancelled 28 days or more before arrival date - full refund.
• Cancelled within 28 days of arrival date but not less than 7 days, 25% charge.
• Cancelled within 7 days of arrival date, no refund given but credit given against a future visit.
